Low Consumption, Advanced Control System
In order to save resource and space for customers, IFE has released METIS series, a new mode elevator with high speed, which adopts the latest controlling and driving system----32-bit computer control and PM (the permanent magnet)/ synchronous gearless traction. METIS is recognized as safety, reliability, environmentally sound and saving energy.
METIS is a medium speed elevator. Its speed ranges from 1.0m/s to 3.0m/s, which has been widely using in top-grade residential area, office building and star hotel, etc.
Saving Building Space
The machine room of METIS is only half of the traditional one, which can not only save constructional cost, but also match the scene of the building.
Low Maintenance Cost and Noise
Compared with the traditional traction elevator, METIS, which is applied PM gearless traction, has overwhelming advantages in noise, maintenance, lubricating, etc. It features as high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, non-maintenance.
Main Control System
Advanced 32-bit microprocessor is adopted to serve as the control core, and the other three new-type 8-bit microprocessors are used as the sub-controllers. They collaborate with and monitor each other, which ensure an accurate and reliable control system and guarantee safety and comfort to passenger.
It applied PM (the permanent magnet)/ synchronous gearless traction and inverter control system. Compared with the previous worm helical driven elevator, it improves the transmission efficiency from 50% to 95%, saving energy by 40%.
Group Controlling System
There is a simulated controlling system, which is able to control four systems in 45 flours building with adding any other equipment.
Saving Maintenance Cost
Guiding by a tree structure operation interface, the comprehensive supervising and recording control system can instruct engineer to handle problem on time. METIS series elevator do not need to add lubricating oil and maintenance.
The Machine Room Saving Space by 50%
